Job Summary
Define project objectives, scope, and budgets while developing detailed plans with timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones. Manage human, financial, and technical resources efficiently to monitor progress against agreed deadlines, budget, and quality standards. Identify and resolve operational and technical issues, proactively managing risks with mitigation strategies. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business leaders, and prepare status reports for decision-making. Lead formal closure activities, conduct post-project reviews, and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices. Work with expert teams on large-scale, long-term projects for industry leaders in international and highly regulated environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in project and/or service management
- 4+ years of experience in technology-driven environments (IT, Engineering, Digital Platforms)
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile Scrum, and Kanban
- Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent
- Strong ability to analyze KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance indicators
- Experience in risk management and mitigation planning
- Proven track record coordinating complex technology projects, including integrations, APIs, digital platforms, or distributed systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business stakeholders
- Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach
- Adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- Results-oriented, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in international and/or highly regulated environments is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices is highly valued
