Job Summary
Project Manager for luxury residential service and small projects overseeing high-end residential construction from estimating through closeout and post-construction support. Acts as primary liaison for clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure exceptional quality, financial performance, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing all phases from bid to closeout, reviewing bid documents, overseeing trade buyout and procurement, monitoring budgets and cash flow, creating and maintaining schedules, leading site meetings, coordinating field teams, mentoring Assistant Project Managers, and delivering all required project documentation and handovers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
- 3–5 years of project management experience in luxury residential construction, high-end retail, or tenant improvement projects
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with construction accounting principles and project financial management
- Strong building knowledge and an eye for detail, craftsmanship, and quality
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
