Job Summary
Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Health Economics and Outcomes Research projects for clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including health economists, statisticians, and researchers to ensure seamless project execution and knowledge sharing. Assist in planning, adhering to timelines, and managing budgets while maintaining clear communication with clients on progress and deliverables. Support operational goals by potentially assuming line management responsibility and driving process improvements within the team. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of solid project management experience
- A strong track record of seamless managing projects in a professional services environment
- Previous job experience that provides the knowledge and skills to conduct the job
- Relevant combination of on-job experience, education and training
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office® (particularly Outlook®, Word and Excel®)
- Proficiency in project management systems
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements
- Ability to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced consultancy environment
- General financial acumen and understanding
