Job Summary
Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project and Smartsheet to drive operational efficiency and product innovation in manufacturing. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality assurance, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly. Manage resource allocation, budget tracking, and compliance with industry standards while preparing detailed documentation including status reports and change requests. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Maintain alignment with business objectives and leverage Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and other project management software, like Smartsheet
- Strong understanding of project life cycle methodologies and best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Advanced knowledge of risk management and quality assurance processes
- Experience managing large-scale or multi-site manufacturing projects
- Strong Sense of new technologies and how to implement them in the digital signage and quick service restaurant space
- Lean Manufacturing
