Job Summary
Project Manager for a construction firm responsible for budgeting, coordinating subcontractors, and navigating project milestones. You’ll prepare cost estimates, solicit subcontractors, issue contracts and purchase orders, manage accounting inputs, and handle project administration including change orders, logs for submittals and RFIs, and closeout activities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction or civil engineering (or related field) and ten years of experience, plus strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and meticulous organizational ability. This full-time role is based in Gurnee, IL, with travel of 10%-25%. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, life insurance, and retirement; EOE.

- Strong knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel & Word
