Job Summary
Project Manager for sustaining post-MP initiatives across headset, speaker, and microphone product lines. Responsible for leading cross-functional teams (hardware/software engineering, ID design, product marketing, packaging, documentation, and manufacturing) to develop full-scale project plans, cost computations, risk analyses, and mitigation strategies. Manage post-MP sustaining projects, improve product cost and reduce carbon footprint, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve issues, and collaborate with global teams to drive project progress. Travel is required; PMP is a plus. The role supports a hybrid work model with some remote work and on-site collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of direct work experience in a project manager role
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Familiarity with project management process and development schedule planning
- Strong logical thinking to resolve project issues
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities to drive project progress
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Experience in the development and sustaining of consumer electronics
- Proficient in engineering document control and change management processes
- Effective use of Google/Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based applications
- Ability to travel
- Experience in project management of audio and wireless products is a plus
- Qualified PMP is a plus
