Job Summary
LogicMonitor is seeking a Professional Services Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of customer engagements by owning implementations—from standard deployments to complex enterprise deployments with custom components. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, partner with customers and cross-functional teams to maximize business value, develop project plans, manage scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies, and ensure measurable value is delivered within time and budget. Experience with AI technologies and a collaborative, customer-focused approach are valued as LogicMonitor continues to evolve with Edwin AI and AI-powered observability.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience managing software, SaaS, infrastructure monitoring, observability, IT operations, or enterprise technology projects, preferably within a customer-facing implementation or professional services environment.
- Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices, with demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical and business audiences, including customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex customer environments, proactively address challenges, and drive projects to successful outcomes.
- Familiarity with modern collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Mavenlink, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, AI-assisted workflows, AI-powered operational platforms, or AIOps concepts is highly desirable.
