Job Summary
Project Manager in Learning Services for SAI360, responsible for the successful delivery of learning programs tailored to customers’ contractual entitlements. Manages customer projects end-to-end, acts as a key stakeholder with account teams, collaborates with Customer Success Managers, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams (creative, production, translation, technology). Delivers on-time, on-budget outcomes, maintains client/vendor/internal relationships, and supports renewals and upsell opportunities. Leads project kickoff calls, develops plans and timelines, runs status and governance meetings, tracks milestones with Learning Operations and CSMs, and communicates risks and changes. Builds expertise in SAI360 products and workflows to advise clients on features and optimization. Responsible for scope changes, risk management, and ensuring outcomes for customers, with a remote-first work setup and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing and/or production role.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
