Job Summary
Oversee comprehensive project direction, financial success, and stakeholder relationships for Local Law 11 façade restoration and compliance projects. Interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and submission requirements while managing prime contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements. Lead small to mid-sized teams, forecast costs, and administer RFIs, submittals, schedules, and budgets through project management software. Develop bid packages, act as the primary client contact for progress reporting, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Create feasible phasing plans and facilitate critical meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with 5-7 years of industry experience, including healthcare and NYC façade project management. Salary range $90,000-$150,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 5-7 years of relevant construction industry experience
- Preferably experienced in healthcare construction projects
- Experience managing Local Law 11 (Façade Inspection & Safety Program/FISP) projects in New York City is strongly preferred
