Job Summary
Define scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery approach for podcast projects while managing timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets. Coordinate end-to-end production workflows including guest coordination, recording schedules, content reviews, editing, approvals, publishing, and launch requirements. Lead project meetings by setting agendas, documenting decisions, assigning action items, and ensuring follow-through. Partner with the Live Free team to maintain alignment, identify risks early, and establish project management systems that improve efficiency. Ensure all deliverables meet creative, editorial, technical, and brand standards while supporting post-project reviews to incorporate lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Project Management, Communications, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Experience managing projects within podcasting or creative production preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, budgets, workflows, and production processes
