Project Manager

Manage project design and construction efforts, including schedule, funding, and day-to-day oversight. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and field personnel to integrate systems and execute projects across the full lifecycle. Evaluate contractor performance, validate change requests, and prepare weekly status reports for stakeholders. Assist the Contracting Officer with acquisition planning, site visits, and payment documentation while monitoring budgets and schedules in MAXIMO. Optimize performance to achieve objectives on schedule and at lowest cost. Provide technical guidance on contracting and construction issues, recommend design documents, and oversee maintenance programs. Submit Contractor Performance Reports upon closeout.
