Job Summary

Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for local and remote commercial real estate projects. Oversee execution of all project phases, track costs against program budgets, and report variances. Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams while leading and motivating project teams through clear delegation and regular cross-functional meetings. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions promptly. Conduct regular inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate sector
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously from inception to completion
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Demonstrated capability in vendor management and negotiation
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello)
  • High level of initiative and proactive problem-solving
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Proven ability to make strategic decisions and navigate project complexities
  • This position is 100% in-office
  • The role requires working in office during standard business hours
  • Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position
