Job Summary
Review comprehensive project plans, oversee construction phases, and negotiate contracts with general contractors to ensure projects complete on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular progress reports and implementing corrective actions for identified risks. Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance and quality standards while maintaining accurate project documentation. This 100% in-office role requires standard business hours and at least three years of commercial real estate construction experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Construction Management within the commercial real estate sector
- Proven track record of successfully managing tenant improvement projects from inception to completion
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter and drive projects forward with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of initiative and proactive problem-solving
- Proven ability to make strategic decisions and navigate project complexities
