Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for the successful execution of construction work in accordance with contractual obligations and internal policies. Manages customer relationships to secure repeat business, develops detailed scopes of work for subcontractors, breaks down cost estimates, issues purchase orders, tracks installation progress, forecasts costs and revenue, monitors cash flow, oversees resources and subcontractors, and ensures on-time completion and customer satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent, 3+ years of industry experience, knowledge of building codes, strong collaboration and negotiation skills, OSHA 30 completion, and up to 40% travel. Hybrid work option with a Burlington, MA office is noted in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a construction-related field or equivalent
- 3+ years of industry-specific experience
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and construction laws
- Demonstrated ability to engage in effective collaboration, communication, and negotiation
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Efficacy in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Documented completion of OSHA’s 30-hour Construction Training Course
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
