Job Summary
Manage and execute turnkey lighting retrofit projects with full ownership of scope, timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction. Oversee a diverse portfolio spanning warehouse, retail, exterior, and one-for-one replacements, balancing timelines and resources across varying complexities. Lead on-site execution for critical milestones, including kickoffs, inspections, and closeouts, while resolving scope changes, logistics, and site constraints. Serve as the primary customer contact and coordinate with Energy Program teams for rebate eligibility. Handle procurement logistics, vendor coordination, and material delivery. Conduct pre/post installation inspections, final walkthroughs, energy re-audits, and customer training. Deliver complete closeout packages with photo documentation and commissioning results. Requires 30-50% travel; based in Vancouver, WA. Salary $92,000-$135,000. Bachelor's degree, 2-7 years experience, PMP preferred, OSHA 10 required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university
- two to seven years' related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in LED lighting, MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, or similar construction/trade project experience
- OSHA 10
- Valid, insurable Driver's License
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
- completing a drug & background screen
Desired Qualifications

- PMP Certification
- OSHA 30
- regular travel (30-50%)
