Job Summary
Project Manager to lead and deliver capital projects in the Life Sciences industry, onsite in Ohio. Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering capital projects in GMP/FDA/GxP environments, developing detailed project plans and risk mitigation, coordinating cross-functional teams (IT, automation, quality, validation, engineering), managing vendors, monitoring scope, budget, and schedule, and providing regular status updates to leadership; requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the Medical Devices and Life Sciences industries
- Proven experience managing capital projects (Packaging projects preferred)
- Knowledge with MES, LIMS, ERP, SCADA, Historians, or other digital platforms
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and validation requirements
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (PMP certification a plus)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
