Project Manager - Life Sciences & Technology

Project Manager responsible for technical engineering guidance and compliant execution across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases on complex ICI projects. Will interpret drawings and specifications to support coordinated construction, assist with field issue resolution alongside the Project Superintendent, manage document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, and agreements) to align with contracts and estimates, coordinate subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain schedule and ensure quality, and build strong Owner/Architect relationships to support project success and repeat business. Monitor costs, production, and KPIs for accurate reporting and budget adherence; lead meetings; contribute to business development opportunities; and support team development through coaching and succession planning. Educational and experience requirements include an engineering degree or equivalent combinations, with 10+ years of construction experience and a thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to forecast project status and cost. Salary range: $80,000–$130,000 with a focus on growth, inclusion, and continued learning.
