Job Summary
Project Manager to lead life sciences design and construction projects in the San Francisco Bay Area, interfacing with PMA clients and project teams through strategic real estate planning, design, and construction of new buildings, tenant improvements, and facilities assignments; responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, initiating and managing procurement of design and construction services, drafting and enforcing contracts, coordinating with clients and design/construction professionals, reviewing drawings and bid documents, leading project meetings, and communicating project status while pursuing value engineering and solutions to keep projects aligned with goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the real estate design and construction industry, including large-scale Life Sciences and/or Mission Critical campus projects, with deep expertise in civil engineering and site development coordination and delivery
