Project Manager

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of Medical Data Analysts, conducting regular meetings to align on goals, address challenges, and ensure productivity. Develop detailed project charters, timelines, and resource allocation plans while overseeing daily workflows to ensure timely, quality-driven output. Coordinate across functional teams to meet specifications and compliance standards, manage client expectations, and resolve operational bottlenecks. Assign tasks based on skill and bandwidth, monitor workloads, and maintain structured project tracking and documentation. Analyze delivery patterns to implement process improvements, standardize reporting, and lead internal audits. Track KPIs such as TAT and quality scores, submit performance reports, and conduct appraisals. Act as the central communication link between clients, analysts, and leadership, conducting review calls and collaborating with QA, IT, and Sales. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to delivery and scope, ensuring stability during transitions.
