Project Manager Level 1

Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules for the Xcellenet File Transfer Replacement and Oracle HCM Recruiting Module initiatives. Manage external vendor work, establish governance models, and conduct project meetings to track milestones and analysis. Ensure objectives are documented and delivered while communicating timely status to stakeholders across technical, HR, and vendor groups. Proactively follow up on action items, manage risks with mitigation plans, and escalate unresolved issues as appropriate. Report to a KTD Program Manager with a focus on aligning dependencies and keeping technical teams on track.
