Job Summary
Oversees and directs all aspects of a Lennar community program, including maintaining and coordinating community and horizontal construction schedules, interfacing with division executives on site and architectural design, and supervising outside consultants in architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and soils engineering. Responsible for weekly progress reports, trade partner meetings, agency contacts, issue resolution, safety meetings, and creating and maintaining site budgets. Negotiates contracts with outside consultants, assists in feasibility studies, coordinates DRE processing, CC&R’s, and HOAs, and supports operations throughout the construction process. Requires strong project management, budgeting, vendor coordination, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering zero-defect homes and adhering to schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in community development, redevelopment, economic development, civil engineering, or homebuilding preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Urban Design/Planning, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Advanced PC skills- MS Office Suite
- Experienced with Project Management software
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Strong motivational, management, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical ability and strong writing skills
