Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for delivering small to mid-scale construction projects in Leeds, focusing on quality, cost control, and timely handover. Manages full project lifecycle including contract administration, procurement, and coordination with internal and external teams; develops project outputs aligned to client briefs; assists in pricing and estimating; collaborates across teams to develop and present plans to upper management; ensures technical standards and statutory compliance; supports large fit-outs and smooth handovers to customers; proactive, well-organised, and an effective communicator with a track record of delivering on time.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified in higher level construction related study
- Experience in delivering small to mid-scale projects
- Contract administration duties for contractors
- Ability to procure goods and services for various projects
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with stakeholder relationship skills
- Self-starter capable of working in dynamic environments
- 2+ years of experience (min 2yrs) preferred
