Job Summary
Coordinate project management activities for digital learning solution initiatives, including Learning platforms, Talent Management Systems, and digital content. Engage with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions leveraging VR, AR, and AI-based tools. Support leadership in formulating strategic direction for digital learning aligned with organizational objectives. Oversee vendor relationships, manage procurement processes, and facilitate knowledge sharing to upskill internal teams. Analyze learning program effectiveness using data analytics to recommend continuous improvements while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Manage the planning and implementation of AI-enabled capabilities such as intelligent search, personalized recommendations, and generative AI features.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Learning Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing learning technology projects or digital learning solutions preferably within the training and learning sector
- Strong understanding of e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and emerging digital learning trends
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous learning and technological innovation
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI concepts
- Awareness of AI applications within learning technologies and digital workplace solutions
