Project Manager - Learning & Development

Lead the Star B2C Programs unit as a formal project owner, accountable for commercial and operational performance. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation; build and guide the project team; track and report performance to senior leadership; identify risks and resolve issues; coordinate with the PMO to hand over program delivery after deal close. Drive B2B sales with corporate clients across training, certification, and facility-based programs; manage a rolling six-month programs calendar; oversee relationships with international certification bodies and partner ecosystem; manage B2C certification and facility program sales and inbound inquiries; seek cross-selling opportunities between certification and facility program tracks; own the requirements for a unified digital platform; manage the training and L&D dimension of the project. Requires 5–8 years PM experience, credibility with corporate L&D buyers and certification bodies, demonstrated B2B sales experience, strong planning and budgeting skills, and fluency in Arabic and English; AI-fluent in practical workflow integration. Saudi national preferred.
