Project Manager Lead (all genders)

Job Summary
Lead multiple complex international projects, run Steering Committee meetings and clearly share status, risks, decisions, and recommendations with senior stakeholders. Create and maintain project plans, manage scope and changes, oversee day-to-day delivery and coordinate internal teams, and build trusted customer relationships to guide them to solutions. Communicate technical and business topics clearly to internal and external stakeholders, ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget, apply Amadeus project management methodology across all phases, contribute to resource and budget planning, monitor performance, and mentor others.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Fluency in German and English
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in cross-functional and multicultural environments
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as required
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
