Job Summary
Lead multiple complex international projects and run Steering Committee meetings, ensuring delivery through governance, clear status updates, and adherence to Amadeus project management standards. Manage scope and change, coordinate internal teams, build strong customer relationships, and communicate technical and business topics to diverse stakeholders. Apply the Amadeus project management methodology, contribute to resource and budget planning, and mentor teams across cross-functional, multicultural environments. Must be fluent in German and English and be willing to travel to customer locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Fluency in German and English
- Solid technical understanding relevant to the project scope and domain
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as required
