Job Summary
Lead full-cycle program management for automation projects from initiation through delivery, including kickoff, planning, execution, and closeout. Review machine specifications, design feasibility, and engineering concepts to ensure customer requirements, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, revisions, and approval packages, while reviewing and updating the Open Issues list weekly. Monitor long-lead material status, oversee purchase request approvals, and coordinate launch team requirements for integration kit releases. Prepare customer quotations for revisions and develop spare-parts lists to support post-shipment follow-up. Control records of customer property and identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence project strategy and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 8 + years' experience in project management, engineering, or similar
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred but not required, MBA a plus
- PMP Certification, is a plus
