PROJECT MANAGER-LARGE SCALE TECHNICAL STATION

Oversees management of large-scale transmission and distribution substation projects from development through commissioning, coordinating internal and external teams, contract documents, safety oversight, regulatory approvals (incl. ISO requirements), land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and execution across multi-disciplinary groups. Leads scheduling, budgeting, and governance using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SmartSheet); collaborates with Legal on contracts and bid processes; ensures environmental compliance and safety programs; and maintains records for project close-out while interfacing with external regulators, municipalities, and contractors. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with extensive field and office work and the ability to manage multiple priorities toward timely project delivery.
