Job Summary
Coordinate and manage complex projects from inception to conclusion as the primary point of contact. Assemble and lead multidisciplinary technical review teams while facilitating troubleshooting for system development and design challenges. Chair pre-submittal meetings and establish liaisons with boards, committees, and commissions. Assist management in developing departmental plans, goals, and policies, and perform project design for civil engineering initiatives. Manage staff schedules and respond to project inquiries. Requires a Bachelor's degree and two years of project management experience. Located in Maryville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of previous experience in project management
- Safety-orientated
- Comfortable working in diverse environments
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
