Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Land Use & Licensing, you will manage licensing and regulatory coordination for healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with CDPH and OSHPD requirements. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of licensing workflows, and experience in healthcare design. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare design or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of licensing workflows for healthcare spaces
- Experience interacting with CDPH and OSHPD (preferred)
- Clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Architecture degree; licensed architect preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred
