Job Summary
Manage a team of engineers, landscape architects, and designers to develop civil engineering designs for public and private sector clients, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from preliminary conceptual plans to construction-level design. Partner with the Practice Leader to build client relationships, prepare project reports and submittals, and conduct site visits to gather existing conditions and perform construction inspections. Create accurate fee proposals, ensure adherence to project scope and schedule, and mentor staff to guarantee project success. Complete the KCI PM Training and Contract Risk Training within six months of start date.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (AEC Industry)
- minimum of 4 years of related professional experience
- 8 years of equivalent professional experience
- Participation in continuing education and professional development programs
- Proven experience in project management roles
