Job Summary
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of land and site development projects within budget and schedule, managing client expectations and overseeing project financials including invoicing and payment certificates. Identify business development opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and administer contract administration while acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day client interactions. Manage project time, attend meetings, and ensure alignment with community needs and regulations through collaboration with Professional Engineers and contractors. Requires a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, minimum 8 years in project management, and C.E.T. or P.E. designation. Located in London with hybrid remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years in a project management role
- C.E.T. or P.Eng. designation
- Understanding of the Site Plan review process
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
