PROJECT MANAGER L1

Role to manage delivery of a project driving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supply chain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery. Delivery Management duties include ensuring seamless project delivery, evaluating budget/costs/risk, creating quarterly project charters with defined weekly trajectory and adherence to schedules, SLAs, information security, and audits; liaising between client and internal teams to drive project health; conducting quality and QA cadences; coordinating with Workforce Management Group to ensure fulfillment; maintaining Confluence & SAP project structures; managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews; delivering governance across the project with regular MIS/reports; monitoring performance metrics, risks, and revenue realization; and contributing to capability development, talent management, and team management.
