PROJECT MANAGER L1

Project Manager L1 responsible for defining project scope based on client requirements, managing engagement economics per project estimates, and collaborating with senior client stakeholders to resolve delivery issues. Duties include project planning for a single Line of Business, managing scope/schedule/configuration, generating weekly/monthly MIS reports, escalating deviations to ensure compliance, undertaking resource planning and performance coaching, identifying and mitigating risks, creating project estimates and handling change requests, assisting in proposal preparation, and coordinating with technical teams and client Directors for sprint planning and updates. Collaboration with Workforce Management and Quality Assurance to ensure resource fulfilment and quality adherence is required.
