Job Summary
Delivery-focused senior Project Manager responsible for managing delivery of complex projects for clients, establishing project charter and weekly trajectories, ensuring schedule, quality, and cost adherence, and maintaining compliance with SLAs, ISO and information security standards. Drives client relationships through regular connects, QBRs, and management reviews; oversees governance, risk and issue management, audits, and workforce management to ensure 100% fulfillment. Leads capability development, talent planning, and performance management, builds dashboards and reports, and champions knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Requires 8-10 years of project management experience and a proven track record in delivering multi-stakeholder programs in a technology/services context.
