Job Summary
Own the full project lifecycle across multiple concurrent design initiatives, from scoping and kickoff through planning, execution, delivery, and post-launch review. Build detailed project plans, define milestones, and coordinate timelines to ensure projects land on time and at the required quality. Keep Kyiv Design Hub and Wix stakeholders in sync by managing communication, aligning expectations, and ensuring the right people have the right information. Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early to drive solutions and maintain momentum. Support designers by reducing operational overhead through coordinating feedback cycles, facilitating reviews, and providing necessary context and resources. Continuously refine team workflows, documentation, and collaboration practices to improve efficiency and predictability. Requires 3+ years of project management experience in design, creative, product, marketing, or agency environments. Proficiency with Monday.com, Asana, or Jira is required.

- 3+ years of project management experience in design, creative, product, marketing, or agency environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects end-to-end in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Sharp problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or Jira
