Job Summary
Project Manager for a Korean-speaking role leading game development initiatives. Responsible for analyzing and defining project requirements, creating project plans, assessing risks and mitigations, and ensuring deadlines and quality targets are met. Manages large teams or multiple sub-teams (programmers, artists, game designers, QA, etc.), clarifies team goals, and aligns expectations among stakeholders. Oversees internal and client communications, plans team capacity, conducts meetings and reports, tracks performance with leads, and supports team growth through feedback and career development. Participates in project interviews and hiring processes. Requires experience across all project phases, ability to work with external clients to build trust, prioritization and risk assessment skills, and the ability to manage 10+ people. Fluent English and native Korean, with GameDev experience. Flexible working hours; remote option available and Seoul, Korea as a location.

- Ability to efficiently manage teams of 10+ people
- Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent English
- Native Korean Speaker
- Experience in GameDev
