Job Summary
Project Manager for a game development-focused role, responsible for coordinating cross-disciplinary teams (programmers, artists, game designers, QA) to analyze new project requirements, create and refine project plans, assess risks and propose mitigations, ensure deadlines are met and deliver high-quality products. Leads team communications within the group and with clients, plans team capacity, conducts meetings and generates reports, tracks performance with leads, supports team growth through feedback and career development plans, and participates in project interviews and hiring processes. Requires experience across all project phases (idea to release), experience with external clients, ability to discern critical tasks, manage a 10+ person team, prioritize and delegate under pressure, and strong organizational and English/Korean language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of work on all project phases (from idea to release)
- Experience of work with external Clients: ability to establish collaborative relationship and a high level of trust
- Ability to tell critical from just important, work out plans, set priorities, assess risks, track tasks to completion
- Ability to efficiently manage teams of 10+ people
- Ability to prioritize, delegate and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, result-oriented approach
- Fluent English
- Native Korean Speaker
- Experience in GameDev
