Job Summary
Construction Project Manager - Electrical responsible for end-to-end project lifecycle as the primary owner of assigned electrical construction projects, with accountability for execution, schedule, safety, and financial performance. Lead pre-planning, subcontracting, change-order pricing, and coordination with field leadership to ensure timely delivery. Manage client relationships, contractual scope, and communication to drive successful outcomes and repeat business. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and variance reporting; allocate resources with superintendents, APMs, and internal departments; uphold safety and quality standards. Requires strong electrical technical aptitude, experience managing multiple projects (often $10M+), cradle-to-grave project management experience, and a track record of autonomous leadership and client-facing delivery. Data center or infrastructure experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects
- Strong electrical technical aptitude
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (often totaling $10M+ in value)
- Proven ability to build client relationships and lead diverse project teams with autonomy and accountability
- Background in industrial, utilities, manufacturing, or large-scale commercial electrical work is strongly preferred
- Cradle-to-grave-project management experience required
- Data Center or infrastructure experience is a plus
