Job Summary
Lead multiple projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage project financials including forecasting, billing, and cost control. Oversee scope, change orders, and resource coordination to maintain schedules. Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and driving repeat business. Provide leadership to project teams, including field staff and engineers. Interpret drawings and troubleshoot issues related to mechanical systems and controls.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- PMP certification - preferred
- Experience with mechanical systems, controls, or building automation projects
- Background in construction or large-scale project environments
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and the scope of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Outlook)
