Project Manager – Kitchen & Residential Millwork

Job Summary
Oversee kitchen cabinetry, residential, and architectural millwork projects from planning through installation, managing all phases including procurement, manufacturing, and site delivery. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and profitability targets while coordinating execution with Quebec-based teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion. Serve as the primary contact for clients, builders, architects, and designers, leading site meetings and building trusted relationships throughout British Columbia. Identify new project opportunities, expand networks with industry partners, and monitor quality during production and installation. Conduct site visits to resolve deficiencies and maintain accurate financial records. Hybrid work arrangement based in South Surrey, BC, with frequent travel across the province and occasional trips to Quebec.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Millwork, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential construction, cabinetry, millwork, development, or general contracting projects
- Experience working directly with residential builders, developers, or general contractors
- Strong knowledge of construction, millwork manufacturing, and project delivery processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and drive results
- Hybrid work arrangement based in South Surrey, BC
- Frequent travel throughout British Columbia and occasional travel to Quebec
Desired Qualifications
- Existing network within the British Columbia construction, development, or residential building community
- Experience contributing to business development and market expansion initiatives
- Knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software
