Job Summary
Plan, schedule, organize, direct, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specification, and budget. Prepare construction schedules and milestones while monitoring progress against established timelines. Establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients. Requires a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline with 5+ years of ICI Construction experience. Wage band is $112,711 - $169,067 annually. Located in the Victoria branch.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in ICI Construction, or related field
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and required standards
- Complete understanding of construction means and methods
- Effective with Microsoft Office and Procore
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
