Job Summary
Lead the delivery of software implementation projects for IAM programs, coordinating internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors from initiation through completion. Define scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; develop and maintain project plans and documentation; monitor progress, milestones, and performance using PM methodologies; manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; communicate status and escalations to clients and leadership; build trusted client relationships; facilitate requirements gathering and ensure successful execution; allocate resources and delegate tasks based on team member skills and experience. Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of experience in client-facing software implementation projects, strong verbal and written communication, organizational and risk-management skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Nice-to-have: IAM project experience, PMP certification, familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery, and cybersecurity context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects in a client-facing environment
