Job Summary
Lead the delivery of software implementation projects for IAM programs, coordinating internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; develop and maintain detailed project plans and documentation; monitor progress, milestones, and performance using appropriate methodologies; manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests; communicate project status and escalations to clients and leadership; build and sustain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle; facilitate requirements gathering and ensure successful execution by allocating resources based on team strengths and experience. The role requires 4–5 years of client-facing project management experience in software implementations, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication skills; PMP certification and IAM/cybersecurity project experience are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience managing software implementation projects in a client-facing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
- Experience managing and influencing senior-level client relationships
- PMP certification (nice-to-have)
- Experience delivering Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects (nice-to-have)
