Job Summary
Oversee infrastructure projects by leading delivery, preparing financial budgets, and managing complex programmes and contracts. Ensure project standards are implemented, administer scope changes, and prepare monthly reports for divisional consolidation. Lead a team of professionals, drive organizational performance, and analyze work processes to identify efficiency improvements. Proactively assess and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong relationships with staff, subcontractors, and clients. Participate in business development activities including tender preparation and presentations. This role requires at least 10 years of consultancy experience with 4 years in the GCC, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and extensive understanding of project financials. The position is based in Dubai, UAE (Abu Dhabi also considered) with a 3-6 month mobilization period.
Required Qualifications
- at-least 10 years' experience in a consultancy environment
- at least 4 years were spent working on projects within the GCC
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- spent the majority of their career within the consultancy sector
- major scale infrastructure projects were handled primarily in the early phases
- Strong project management skills
- extensive understanding of the financial element of projects
- involved in consultancy works with deliverables that are used by various government bodies and national level clients
