Job Summary
Seasoned Project Manager for luxury custom-home developments in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach market. Own full lifecycle delivery of $5M-$30M projects from pre-construction through final delivery, serving as the client-facing face of K2 Construction Group. Lead schedules, budgets, coordination with architects/designers, manage subcontractors and vendors, ensure constructability and budget alignment, and drive profitability. Utilize Raken and a modern construction tech stack, embrace AI tools, and uphold a high level of client experience and white-glove service.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management (luxury or high-end preferred)
- Based in the Boca Raton / Delray Beach area
