Job Summary
Senior Project Manager needed in Miami to lead luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through closeout. Own schedules, budgets, and project execution, proactively identify risks, and serve as the primary client contact delivering a high-touch, white-glove experience throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with architects, designers, and leadership; support estimating, scope development, and value engineering; manage subcontractors and vendors; oversee contracts and performance standards; track budgets and change orders. Utilize construction technologies (e.g., Raken) and AI-driven process improvements to drive efficiency and consistency. Based in the Miami area and able to lead high-end residential projects to on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management (luxury or high-end preferred)
- Experience managing $5M-$30M custom homes
- Based in the Miami area (local market knowledge required)
- Strong communicator with clients and teams
- Proficient with construction technologies such as Raken
- Ability to manage budgets and schedules
