Job Summary
Lead day-to-day execution of K–12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, developing schedules, overseeing budgets, and managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Conduct weekly trade coordination meetings while enforcing safety and occupied-building protocols. Direct Superintendents and Project Engineers, maintaining strong communication with district stakeholders across Southeast Michigan. Mentor Project Engineers and Coordinators to ensure projects deliver on opening-day deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction PM experience
- Clear communication with public-sector clients
- Proven ability to lead field and office teams
- Proficiency with ProjectSight, Phoenix, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
