Job Summary
Project Manager for K-12 design initiatives in the Southeast. Lead client and project team coordination, prepare strategic plans, manage contracts and billing, oversee budgets and schedules, facilitate contract documents as Architect in Responsible Charge, and ensure design quality and profitability. Collaborate with Clients, Consultants, Design Leaders, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners, and Emerging Professionals on active production projects; develop design assignments across all project phases; coordinate architectural drawings across disciplines; mentor teams and foster client relationships. Proficiency in Revit is preferred; knowledge of state building codes, ANSI 117.1, and BOMA; LEED accreditation or interest in achieving accreditation is preferred; experience in K-12 market is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Architect with Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited university
