Job Summary
Oversee large-scale commercial construction projects in Ohio (data centers and university/government-sector facilities) from preconstruction through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery; ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations; manage procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders; conduct site visits and drive milestone achievement; provide strong leadership and clear communication to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
